How it works

Nothing new to wear. Nothing to learn.

  1. Wear your Apple Watch to bed

It already records your sleep stages, heart rate and wrist temperature. Sleepwrist reads them from Apple Health.

  2. Wake up to the arc of your night

See every wake-up, how deep you slept, and what was going on in your body when you woke.

  3. Try one small thing tonight

Wristy suggests one simple change. Over the next nights, you see what really helps.

Questions

Do I need anything besides my Apple Watch?

No. Wear your Apple Watch to bed with Sleep tracking turned on, and Sleepwrist reads what it records from Apple Health on your iPhone. There is no extra device to buy and no account to create.

Is my health data private?

Yes. Your nights are analyzed on your iPhone, and Sleepwrist never sells or shares your health data. You can read the details in our privacy policy.

Does it work if my watch has no temperature sensor?

Yes. Wrist temperature comes from Apple Watch Series 8 and later, SE 3 and Ultra. On other models, Sleepwrist uses your heart rate and sleep stages to show what is likely waking you up.

Is Sleepwrist a medical device?

No. Sleepwrist is a wellness app: it does not diagnose or treat sleep disorders. If your sleep troubles last, talk to your doctor, and bring your Sleepwrist history to that conversation.

How much does Sleepwrist cost?

Sleepwrist is a free download. To use it, you choose a subscription: yearly with a free trial, or monthly. You can cancel anytime from your Apple Account settings.

Sleep through the night again

Wear your watch tonight. Tomorrow morning, Wristy shows you what woke you up.
